How can I check the status of my order?

You can contact us at info@motobrica.com to find out the status of your order at any time. When the package leaves our facilities, we will send you an email to let you know that your package has been shipped. In the email, we will include a link (if the transport company provides it) that you can use to track the package and see the shipping status of your order.


Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. If you do not find your country on the list of countries, please contact us and we will inform you if it is possible to ship your order to your destination. It is important to mention that some of our brands cannot be shipped to certain specific countries due to authorized restrictions.


How do I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. In the email, you will find a link to track the package.


What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country of the package, and the volume and weight of the items. Every time you add a product to the shopping cart, the shipping costs automatically change. This way, you can check the total price of the items in the shopping cart and choose the shipping method you prefer. The cost of shipping and delivery time varies depending on the carrier you choose.


Through which company are orders shipped?

Once the purchase is made, you can choose a shipping option based on the options available in your area. We will send your order according to the option you selected and you will receive all the tracking information by email that the company provides us.


What happens if I am not present during the delivery of the order?

If you are not at home during the delivery of your order, the delivery person will attempt to deliver the package to an authorized person or leave it in an agreed safe place. If neither of these alternatives is possible, the delivery person will notify you to contact the courier office to arrange another time with them.

The delivery person will attempt to deliver the package twice and if it has not been picked up within a 2-week period, it will be returned to our offices.


Can my delivery address and billing address be different?

Yes, the shipping address can be different from the billing address. For example, if you want to send a gift to a friend. The address that appears on the billing must match the address associated with the bank card used for payment.


Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?

Once the order has left our facilities, there is no way to stop it. If you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will be refunded the money you paid for the products, including the shipping costs.
