In what cases can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with any of the items you have purchased, you have 14 days to return it, provided that the item is in perfect condition and has not been used. Also, please note that products must be returned in their original box and with their original labels.


Is there any product that I cannot return?

Customized products do not allow returns, as they are created exclusively for you. They cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. In that case, you have 14 days to return the item, provided that the item is in perfect condition and has not been used. Always with labels and in the original packaging.


Can I exchange for a different size?

You can make one free size exchange per order, within 14 days for returns. Additionally, the product must be in perfect condition with its original label and packaging, without having been used.


How do I know when my return has been received?

From the shipment of the package until it is received in our warehouse, the delivery time usually varies depending on the courier service chosen for your return. But don't worry, once we receive and inspect it, we will contact you by email once we have proceeded with the refund.


How can I return a product?

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

As we often say, behind Motobrica there are people, not robots, so the probability of error exists. However, we work very hard to ensure that you receive your orders correctly, but if we fail, please write to us at info@motobrica.com and explain your case. *Don't forget to indicate your order number.


I received a defective or damaged item

If during shipping, your package has suffered any damage, or you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@motobrica.com. Once the damage has been reviewed and if everything is correct, a refund for the item will be made. When the refund is made, if applicable, you will be notified via email.


How do I prepare the package for return?

It is essential that items are returned in their original packaging and unused, and they must also include labels. For example, footwear must be returned in the original box. You should use a new package to avoid labels or tape being attached to the original packaging. Place the return label on the outside of the packaging and send the package to the address indicated on the return label.

Once we receive the package at our facilities, we will inspect the return, and if applicable, proceed with the refund payment, which will be credited to your credit card within 10 days. We will inform you by email when the refund is made.


How will I receive the refund?

Once the item has been reviewed and the return approved, we will proceed with the refund, depending on the payment method you used when placing your order. You should receive the money within approximately 4 to 10 days, depending on the payment method and the bank.


Can I make a return if I've lost the original packaging?

You must return the products in their original packaging, with all the documents and accessories it includes (labels, instruction manuals, CDs, etc.). *Remember not to stick any labels or adhesive tape on the original box of the products, protect it with external packaging or a box to avoid damage during transportation.

My order has been delivered with damages

When the package is delivered, it is important to examine it thoroughly for damages, missing pieces, etc. If you detect that the package is damaged or open (broken security seal), and it seems that the contents are also damaged; make sure to open and check the contents together with the delivery person.
