The sliding top ring, a notable improvement, comes pre-assembled on the tank bag, eliminating the need for drilling. This top ring can be oriented according to specific needs on the guide rail located at the bottom of the bag. Once the right position is found, the top ring is firmly screwed. If the motorcycle is changed, the ring's position can be adjusted as needed.
The magnetic guide rail developed by Fidlock complements the already perfected SW-MOTECH QUICK-LOCK locking mechanism. The magnets guide the top ring to the correct position on the tank ring and the lock fits tightly. The force of the magnets assists in placing the bag. The bag is secured with a single hand movement and the journey can begin with the luggage in a secure position.
The patented PRO tank ring is designed to fit the fuel cap of the corresponding motorcycle model, thus ensuring optimal positioning on the tank.
