- The simple, long-lasting design of 412 makes it a cost-effective upgrade for motorcycle suspension performance
- A five-position lever-style spring preloader allows you to easily adjust your ride
- Some or all of the specified shocks are road certified. Check the latest certificate for a current listing
- All shocks are measured from center of eyelet to center of eyelet.
- When installing shocks on 1986-2015 XL models, it may be necessary to modify or space the chain/belt guard to allow adequate clearance
- A slightly longer shock than stock may slightly alter the fork launch angle and provide slightly quicker handling.
- A slightly shorter shock than stock may slightly alter the fork launch angle and provide slightly slower handling.
- HD applications are recommended for motorcycles that are used at or near the manufacturer’s maximum load capacity more than 50% of the time.
- Before buying or attempting to install shocks with different OEM length, confirm the total suspension travel can be altered without causing clearance problems such as swingarm/exhaust contact or grounding.

Customers have 14 days to return an item that hasn't been used and must be returned with its original packaging and labeling.
Products that have been personalized cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The customer must contact the company to initiate a return and return the product in its original packaging with all labels.
If an error occurs, the customer must contact the company to rectify the mistake.
If a product is damaged during shipping, the customer must inspect the package upon delivery and reject the shipment if the product is damaged.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?
Once the order has left our facilities, there is no way to stop it. If you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will be refunded the money you paid for the products, including the shipping costs.
Is there any product that I cannot return?
Customized products do not allow returns, as they are created exclusively for you. They cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. In that case, you have 14 days to return the item, provided that the item is in perfect condition and has not been used. Always with labels and in the original packaging.
