Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. In the email, you will find a link to track the package.

Once the order has left our facilities, there is no way to stop it. If you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will be refunded the money you paid for the products, including the shipping costs.

Customized products do not allow returns, as they are created exclusively for you. They cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
